We accept most insurances. Please be prepared with your insurance card and photo ID. We accept all major credit cards as well as checks and cash (exact amount only, as we do not offer change.)
Medicare and Medicaid
We do accept Medicaid and Medicare. If you will be using Medicaid, your doctor must provide us with a Healthy Connecetions referal and a copy of your latest physical exam. These can be faxed to us at 208-378-1142. We cannot schedule you for an appointment until these requirements are met. Medicaid patients must also schedule a once-per-year meeting with our doctor to sign a treatment plan agreement to ensure coverage. Our doctor offers treatment plan meeting times once a month. Please speak with our secretary for more information.
Employee Assistance Programs
We do accept Employee Assistance Programs that offer Mental Health coverage. Please be prepared with an authorization number from your program and be aware of the number of sessions your program will authorize you for. Generally, such programs will authorize patients for 6-8 sessions.
