C. M. Rice, Ph.D., CRH, Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Rice is the owner of the clinic, and a licensed, clinical
psychologist with over 30 years of experience. He has specialties in the
addictions, including sex addictions, personality disorders, and the
chronically mentally ill. He was extensively trained in cognitive
behavior therapy, (CBT), at Washington State University, where he obtain
his doctorate, and Harvard Medical School where he was the first
post-doctoral fellow in behavioral psychology.
He also was a certified school psychologist. He continues to evaluate children for learning, and behavioral problems. He
is certified in forensics and is a fellow of the American Board of
Medical Psychotherapists, and Psychodiagnosticians. He is also a
Certified Rational Hypnotherapist, and is certified by the State of
Idaho to do domestic violence evaluations. He is certified by the U.S.
government to do evaluations for veterans.
Dr. M.Tandy, Ph.D, Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Tandy is a graduate of Indiana University and Seattle Pacific University and has trained with distinguished psychologists over the past three decades. He has a special interest in personality issues and the developing concerns of adults and families. His work often centers on how stress and relationships are disrupted, using structural and functional behavioral analysis, dialectical-behavioral interventions, and mindfulness practices. His diagnostic formulation is based on object-relations theory; this will most often be seen with individual clients during hypothesis building and with groups during psycho-education and process. He currently consults with all of the state hospitals in two coastal states, where he is referred their most difficult cases and advises the departments on leadership and team building.
Mrs. B. Hollander, LCSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Mrs. Hollander is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has specialties
in the addictions, post-traumatic stress, and trauma related issues.
She is certified in Adlerian, individual psychotherapy, State of
Idaho Gain Certified Evaluator for Addictions. She belongs to several
honor societies, including the National Social Worker Society, Phi Kappa
Phi, and Golden Key. She has many years experience in the Chronically
Mentally ill, anxiety and depression. She treats interpersonal
relationship issues. She has treated many with domestic violence
problems, and anger management.
Mrs. H. Glaza M.A., LCPC, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Mrs. Glaza has several years of experience in helping individuals, families, and couples. She treats children, and adults. She has expert training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, (CBT). She helps Dr. Rice in the administration of domestic violence, and psychological testing, and evaluations. She has worked in mental health clinics and public school settings with children with behavior, and learning problems, and with adults with major mental illness. She treats anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress and other problems. Mrs. Glaza is married and the mother of two, growing boys. She likes music, walking, exercising, reading and gardening.

Mr. M Reed, M.E.d, M.COUN, LPC
My background includes being a business owner and hiring authority for jewelry retail stores in California and Idaho. Adjunct Faculty at the University of Idaho and Boise State University. Plus, general Psychology and the Psychology of Learning and Motivation at Stevens-Henager College in Boise. I have a Bachelors degree in Organization Management from George Fox University, Master's degree in Education from the University of Idaho with supporting courses in human behavior/performance, a coaching diploma from Coach University. Plus, a master’s degree in Community Counseling from Northwest Nazarene University. I am licensed as a counselor by the state of Idaho. I am an EMDR/ PE specialist for PTSD and other traumas. I work with anxiety, depression, weight loss, career counseling, and addiction.
Also, I belong to the Viktor Frankl Institute of Logotherapy (helping people find meaning in work and life), George Fox Toastmasters (past president), American Society of Training/Development, Christian Coaches Association, American Counseling Association and the Society of Human Resources Management.
